“Before I Die” Forum on Sunday, March 2
In the second of her two-part forum on end of life planning, Deborah Way will lead a discussion on the global work of artist Candy Chang, while discussing the start of an art installation of our own.
About the artist:
Candy Chang experienced the loss of a loved one and created public interactive art as part of her healing process, asking participants to reflect on what they hope to do before they die.
Through installations, videos and paintings generated from thousands of handwritten confessions from the public, her work uncovers layers of the human condition and explores the nature of language, embodiment, and ritual.
| |
Chang's work is free to the public via Creative Commons. The Before I Die installations have been featured in public spaces around the world, from Lousania to Dubai.

Did You Know?
Pennsylvania Real ID Requirements Begin May 7
| |
What is a Real ID?
A Real ID is a federal law that affects how states issue driver's licenses and ID cards.
Do I need a Real ID?
Real IDs in Pennsylvania are optional. However, beginning May 7, 2025, Pennsylvanians will need a REAL ID-compliant license/identification card, or another form of federally acceptable identification (such as a valid passport or military ID) to:
- Board domestic commercial flights.
- Enter a military base.
- Enter a federal facility that requires ID at the door.
How do I obtain a Real ID?
To get a REAL ID, you must bring your documents to a PennDOT location for verification in person. Residents may apply for pre-verification if their documents are already on file with PennDOT through the website. However, this process will not ask you to scan and upload documents.
Learn more about the Rea ID using the button below.

"In winter, we can never safely predict the weather outcome for Sundays. On February 9, it was against us, pushing St. Peter’s Bells to February 16. On that day, many of our choir members were assisting with Communion and couldn’t perform the anthem during Communion. February 23 featured our wonderful Folk Group. And now, finally, we can offer The Beatitudes on Sunday, March 2. For those of you who may have missed the story behind the music, here it is once again..."
