Worship at St. Peter's
THIS SUNDAY, Worship Service at 9:00 AM
Are you ready for summer? Get ready for warm weather tempered by ocean breezes. Get ready to enjoy more daylight hours, the sweetness of summer fruit, and more time with friends. And get ready to set your Sunday morning alarm clock one hour earlier because we are shifting our worship service from 10 o’clock to 9 o’clock starting Sunday, June 19.
The primary reason for the change is to make room for the development of an additional worship service in the Boathouse. We are in the process of gathering a small group who will learn together, pray together, explore options together, and, in time, we hope to be singing together and welcoming others to join in.
This Sunday, June 19, Pastor Steve will continue our summer series Summer of Grace bringing the message Solace in the Silence from the scripture 1 Kings 19:1-4 (5-7), 8-15a.

The service will begin at 9:00 AM in the Sanctuary or on the patio.
Worship From Home
For the live stream, which begins at 8:50 a.m., join us on YouTube. A recording of the service will be on our website and Facebook later in the afternoon.
This Sunday, the FLOWERS are given by Bob and Lynn Hansen in celebration of their 64th wedding anniversary.

Join a Prayer Team
St. Peter's is a praying church—founded on prayer. Our Prayer Ministry is growing, and we invite you to join us. In addition to the prayers of all small groups, Bible Studies, meetings, and gatherings, the following are teams who use their gift of prayer for specific requests:
  • Praying Hands meets Wednesday at 8:00 AM in Room B.
  • Our At-Home Prayer Team is reached with requests via E-Mail.
  • Sunday morning Prayer Partners are available after each service for personal, confidential requests.
Should you be led to use your gift of prayer with us, please contact the church office at 714-846-6641 or info@stpetershb.org.

Help Needed
Children's Ministry is Growing!
There is a need in the Children's Ministry for leaders and helpers on Sunday morning and Kid's Night Out. More and more children from the community are coming to St. Peter's. Now's the time to share our love of Jesus with the next generation.

If you are interested in helping out or want more information, e-mail Mckenzie at mwright@stpetershb.org.
