The Warrior Pride Capital Campaign

St. Pius X High School stands on a tradition of excellence and builds on a future of great hope. As we enter the 60th Anniversary of our great school, we are excited to announce a three-year $7 million campaign for capital improvements.

The Warrior Pride Campaign will further transform our campus by renovating the former convent to house practical and fine art classrooms and begin building an athletic complex on 45 acres of nearby land.
Athletic Fields, Courts & Trails
45 Acres of nearby land will house athletic facilities

An opportunity to acquire 45 acres of nearby land helped leaders of St. Pius X create a plan to bring more athletic facilities close to campus. Home fields and courts for baseball, softball, and tennis will be addressed in the first phase, as well as practice facilities for cross country and soccer. Currently baseball, softball and tennis athletes travel daily to practice at off-site facilities, some up to 16 miles from St. Pius X. The cross country team is running on sidewalks and city streets around St. Pius X and both soccer teams are practicing at a nearby field in sub-par condition. The new facilities will significantly enhance our students' experience and safety.
Fine Arts & Activity Center
Former convent under construction

In the Spring of 2016, St. Pius X High School acquired the former convent on our campus from the Diocese. With a generous lead gift from Fred Ross (76), renovation of the facility began over the summer. Plans for the Fine Arts & Activity Center include classrooms for Broadcasting, Art and Vocal Performance on the bottom level; a banquet space and meetings spaces on the top floor; and The Catholic Radio Network occupying the middle level.

Fundraising efforts are underway

Generous donors have pledged $4.2 million in lead gifts to kick off the Campaign, leaving a fundraising goal of $2.8 Million to complete the project. Fifty percent of all funds raised above $7 million will be deposited into the St. Pius X Endowment Fund. The support of our entire community is much needed and greatly appreciated to achieve the goal!  When invited to join in supporting this worthwhile endeavor, we hope you will respond with a prayerful "Yes"!

The FIRE Foundation provides children with special needs the opportunity for an inclusive Catholic education in their home parish schools. St. Pius X is one of the Diocesan schools that receives funding through the FIRE Foundation to help provide our students with special needs the opportunities that Catholic schools provide. Each year, the FIRE Foundation holds an auction and raffle to raise funds to support programs in our local Catholic Schools. Please visit our website for more information.

The Pillars of St. Pius X
The St. Pius X Pillar Wall is a great way to honor parents, alumni, a teacher or coach permanently at St. Pius X High School. For a donation of $500, you may place a name on the "Pillars of St. Pius X" wall in the atrium entry hall of the school. The gift is tax-deductible and can be a multi-year pledge or one-time gift. Pillars make a great Christmas Gift! Our annual Pillars Breakfast will be held December 2, 2016. For more information, contact Missy Petit at or 453-3450 x116.
