Parent Survey - Last Chance!
STCS needs your input!
Parents, please take a moment to share your thoughts by completing this online survey. The survey results will be analyzed by a number of accreditation committees and will be reviewed by the accreditation visiting team in the fall of 2019. Survey results will be shared with school leadership and incorporated into the self-study analysis currently under way.

Participation incentive! The survey is anonymous, but you will be asked for your student's grade level(s). For each grade level that reaches 85% participation by  Wednesday December 12th,  the grade level will be awarded a free dress day on Friday, December 14th.

The average time to complete the survey is estimated to be 15 minutes. Thank you for taking this time to help us prepare for the next 6 years!

As of 2:00 PM today, all grade levels are a bit short of responses to be awarded a free dress day. Please take a moment to improve the response rate today. Thank you!

Security Enhansements Update ...
First and foremost, our goal has been to strive for highest quality with reasonable cost - to arrive at a comprehensive campus security plan (rather than simply a knee-jerk response) involves multiple steps, beginning with thorough assessment of current campus usage and existing security features (e.g., gates, intercoms and working cameras).

PreSchool, Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarden Parent Coffee with the Principal
Friday, December 14th at 8:10 AM
Upper Room - Convent
An informal gathering to allow for a conversation between the parents of Early Childhood students (PS-K) and Saint Theresa's Principal. Conversation starters will include "How to attend tuition free for Kindergarten by planning now," "PS and Pre-K part-time and full day scheduling." and "what is this resource program we hear about?" This is the rescheduled Coffee with the Principal, please attend if your schedule permits.
Uniform Vendor Meeting
for 2019-2020
Saint Theresa's contract with Dennis Uniform expires this school year. Three vendors (of course including Dennis Uniform) are being reviewed for the 2019 - 2020 contract. Before any decisions are made, an open forum is scheduled for Wednesday, December 19th at 7:30 AM. Meeting will conclude by 8:15 to allow for Mass attendance. Peale join us to share information, including pros and cons of each of the three vendors under consideration. Please note that the uniforms are not being considered for change, only the vendor supplying the uniforms. Parents should anticipate a change in vendor will mean a change in uniform store. The meeting will take place in the upper room of the convent, unless additional space is needed. Please click here to RSVP.

Tryout Workshop for Spring Musical
will be held on Friday, Dec. 14th @ 1:30pm in the Music Room- ONLY LASTS 1 HOUR.
Shortly after returning from Christmas break, Saint Theresa Catholic School will begin rehearsals for our annual spring musical. Due to schedules, the production will be earlier in the year than in the past - yet still another exceptional opportunity for our students to learn and display their theatrical talents.

It will take many volunteer hours to insure that our students have this experience that has come to be known as unique to the Saint Theresa community. Please help by sharing your talents and time with the many others who join forces each year.

To help and learn more details about the musical, please see the online volunteer sign up page.

Thank you for all that you do for the students of Saint Theresa!

Innovation Enrichment
Dear St. Theresa Families,
Last week, we studied the stars and constellations. Students had fun drawing and building different constellations with different materials. We also learned about robots and their role in space. I am taking photos of students who have given parent authorization. Check Innovation Learning out on Instagram or Facebook. You might see your student's radiant smile! Don't forget to follow us, like us, or complete a review! We would love to hear from you!
Thank you,
