Easter Baskets Needed for Children Across MI
|
|
This March, as our search continues for a new Faith Engagement Director, we are still planning on moving forward with our tradition of collecting Easter Baskets for children!
This donation drive happens annually in collaboration with our congregational friends and partners. These baskets will be distributed to children around the state in Foster Care, Affordable Living, Family Preservation, Adoption, and the Family Center.
Many of these children are spending Easter away from home, many are going through a very difficult time, and many live in a family without the resources to provide goodies on Easter. Did you receive an Easter Basket as a child? It may sound like a small thing - but an Easter Basket can bring so much fun and joy to a child and help show the love of Jesus during a holiday when we celebrate what he's done for us!
We'd be honored to have you and your congregation join us in collecting Easter Baskets to bless these children!
Thank you for your partnership and support, and all you do to show love to those in need in our community.
Best,
Kayla Park
