Hi there,

Hope this finds everyone well and ready for a season! Congrats to Leon Ruiz for flier feature.

Thanks to those who reached out about payment submission issues. It has been rectified and the early bird pricing will be reflected until midnight tonight. Please take a moment and submit your payments to avoid losing the discount.

Event setup will start at 7am Saturday due to downtown ordinances. We will be unloading from around the circle. The circle will be coned off and spaces allocated as you arrive. I will be wearing bright blue and carrying a clip board.

I will be sending an email out one week before the event with zones marked. You will be told which zone you will be unloading from. This is for ease of everyone.

Please STOP - DROP - and ROLL. Do not set you tent up until you have moved your car out of unloading zone. Please be courteous to other artists and vendors and unload first, move your vehicle to artist parking and then setup.

Please bring a dolly as you may not be unloading in front of your booth

If you are driving a big rig or trailer, please arrive early for ease. There are approx 35 parking spaces around the circle. Map is attached. Please notice 4 zones and check in location. You will be emailed your zone closer to event date. You will arrive, come to check in and receive booth number. Please park your car in your corresponding load in zone.

Reminders:

1. There is NO staking at St. Armands Circle
2. 40 pounds of weight per leg is required for the safety of the public and other booths.
3. There is NO artist parking during event around the circle.
4. NO smoking allowed in the circle park.
5. NO setting up in any landscaping. This means, flowers, bushes, trees.
6. Event hours are 10am to 5pm
7. White tents only!

Please be courteous to other artists and vendors and unload first, move your vehicle to artist parking and then setup.

Artists will self park in downtown parking. Please note: there are fees in some areas. Parking is FREE in downtown on Sundays.

Please make sure you have weights. I am NOT flexible on this for the safety of other makers and for the safety of the public. You are near water! No water jugs, cat litter bottles. I know it is beginning of season here and some haven't done a show for a while but you need at least 40 pounds per leg. No exceptions. Please don't argue, weight checks will be done once you get tent setup. If you need recommendations on how to make or what to use, email me. Staking is not allowed in the park.

Do you need overnight camping? There is NO overnight parking on location due to city ordinances.
