Every year, the Church honors and remembers our deceased family members and friends during the month of November. This year, November 2nd is set aside as a special memorial for them known as All Souls. Since our church building is closed, we will be celebrating our departed loved ones with a livestream Mass. The Mass will take place on Monday, November 2, 2020 at 6:00 PM. The Mass is accessible via our social media platforms on Facebook at (@StBofSiena) or YouTube:

Faith Formation sessions, for children in grades 1-6, have begun. The children will be learning what we believe; how we worship, live and pray. Sacred Scripture with activities will serve as the background each week and will include preparation for the First Sacraments. Sessions will be conducted online until it is safe to return to in-person classes. The sessions take place on Tuesdays at 4:00 PM. Family resources and childrens' books will be provided. For more information, please contact, Eileen Fewless, Faith Formation Director, at Efewless@stbernardine.org or call, 818-340-1440. To register, go to: Faith Formation 2020 Registration Form

Forms should be dropped off or mailed to: Eileen Fewless - St. Bernardine of Siena Parish, 24410 Calvert Street, Woodland Hills, CA 91367

The children are gathered and no one has answered the call to share the faith with them. We are still in need of catechists for our first and fifth grades. Can you spare 20-30 minutes a week? The classes are small, the need is great. Meetings are held at 4:00 PM until about 4:30 PM on Tuesdays using Zoom. Parents are the primary catechist; your job is to pray and review the materials provided. Following Safety Guidelines, two adults or assistants are required in every class. If interested or for questions, please contact Eileen Fewless at efewless@stbernardine.org or at (818) 340-1440.
