TAKE NOTE
REMEMBERING THE REVEREND MICHAEL HICKS

We were saddened to learn of the death of the Reverend Michael Hicks on Friday, July 17th. Michael was an honorary assistant at St John's for over 30 years. He was a particularly gifted preacher and a great personal support to the parish clergy. For many years he officiated at the Wednesday morning Eucharist at 7:15 am, where he ministered to a regular group of parishioners and friends who gathered for prayer (BCP) and breakfast. Our thoughts now are particularly with his wife, Barbara, and their three daughters. Information regarding a memorial gathering will be communicated as it becomes available. Requiescat in pace, Michael+.
CONGRATULATIONS CAROLINE+ !!!

Our Bishop, The Right Reverend Shane Parker announced this week that The Reverend Caroline Ducros has been recognized as a Transitional Deacon, effective July 7, 2021. Congratulations, Caroline+ !!!

We will hold you in our prayers on your journey to ordination.
