Thank you for your email. I worked for 2 French companies not so long ago and couldn't be more sympathetic with shipment delays. It's not easy being caught in the middle! I'm so thrilled with everything I order that I can "tough out" the wait.
I also owe Adam a particular thanks for his nice note in December (?) that came with my order. I thought it was very kind to take the time to scribble down a note when you're spending such long hours frantically trying to get everything shipped for Christmas. It was appreciated.
The image is of my Bernese, Lloyd. It's two years old, but he was just bathed and looking straight at the camera. I've been meaning to take his picture in his Swiss collar and bell, but don't seem to be completing that project. (He was most admired when he was bedecked for Halloween.) I love him madly and thought I'd share.
