Event Specific Vendor Information

• Load-In will start at 3pm.

• Enter the Factory grounds from 28th St S, turning onto 7th Ave S. See the map 1 for unload area.

• Load-out will start at 10pm, vendors will have 2 hours to complete break down. 

General Vendor Information

• St Pete Pride is not providing tables or chairs for vendor spaces.
• All non- food vendor spaces are under a covered patio area, tents are welcome but not required.
• Tent legs must be weighted per the City of St. Petersburg.
• All food vendors are required to have the proper food permits.
• All vendors are required to carry their own insurance, proof of insurance may be requested by St Pete Pride.
• Sales and distribution of any alcoholic beverages is prohibited and will result in removal from the event.
• All exhibitors selling items will be required to pay their own sales tax.
• All food exhibitors and exhibitors using electricity are required to have an ABC class fire extinguisher.
• Parking at and around the festival sites is extremely limited. Please refer to parking information for details on where to park.
• Walk-up registrations and additions will not be allowed.
• Vending outside of your booth space will not be allowed.

All exhibitors at St. Pete Pride events are required to have up-to-date permits, licenses and liability insurance as required by law.
