We are a church on a mission to discover God's grace, change our lives and change the world.
Greetings St. Richard’s Community!
Vestry Nominations: We have four vestry members finishing their three year terms as of the fourth Sunday of January. Thank you to Burr Anderson, Felix Rodriguez, Amy Dalton and Stephen O’Connell for their service. If you are interested in running for the Vestry, please contact me with a short bio of yourself and a photo...
Last year it was difficult at times to see the hand of God in events. In December He showed me His love and power, even in tough circumstances....

One more week to throw your name in the hat for Vestry of St. Richard's.
We have five Vestry candidates running for four seats this year. The Vestry is the legal representative of the parish with regard to all matters pertaining to its corporate property.  The basic responsibilities of the Vestry are to help define and articulate the mission of the congregation; to support the church's mission by word and deed, to select the rector, to ensure effective organization and planning, and to manage resources and finances.  Please contact Alison, rector@strichards.org if you wish to run for the Vestry for a three year term.
Are you wondering how best to use your $600 stimulus check? Consider a new year's donation to a worthwhile non-profit.

January 24, 2021 online only and Vestry virtual vote
Each year St. Richard's holds an Annual Meeting for all members to review the previous year, hope for the new year and present the budget. This year we will be recording the budget presentation by Sue Brown, Treasurer and the rector's report by Alison Harrity. The Annual Report, which includes the budget, reports from various committees and commissions, will be distributed electronically and hard copies will be available in the church office. We are determining how best to set up a virtual voting system for the vestry election as well. Stay tuned!
