Father Donald Jackson (DJ) Griffin

as
CURATE.
Fr. DJ and his wife, Sam, hail from Dallas, Texas where he is currently the curate at the Church of the Annunciation. A graduate of the University of Oklahoma and Nashotah House Theological Seminary, Fr. DJ distinguished himself as talented priest committed to the faith, prayer, mission, and culture of St Timothy's.
The Griffin's first Sunday at St Timothy's will be October 15.
More information about Fr DJ, Sam, and their transition to St Timothy's

Father Griffin will fit right in at St. Timothy's! He is passionate about what we do here, and has some great ideas about what he can add to our ministries here at St. Timothy's. His wife Sam has an infectious energy and together they are such a fun couple that will be a positive addition!

It was a joy to meet Fr DJ and his lovely wife, Sam, during their recent visit to Winston-Salem. He is very thoughtful, articulate, eager to serve where needed, and seems passionate about doing God's work. I think he will be a great asset to St Timothy's.

I was extremely impressed with the sincerity of faith expressed by both Father D.J. and his wife Sam. I also appreciated Father D.J.'s thoughtful homily, love of liturgy, and the fact that he did not shy away when Father Steve asked him to sing on the spot. I eagerly welcome them both to our St. Timothy's family.

Almighty God, you have called your servant DJ to your Holy Priesthood and, in your Good Providence, have called him to our parish. We praise you for your goodness and provision and we ask your blessing upon DJ and Sam. Bless your Church and fill us with all we need to love, adore, and serve you in this life that we may come into your Glorious Presence in the life to come, through your Son Jesus Christ Our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit,
now and for ever. Amen.
