Important Message from our Bids for Kids Chairs
Hello StMCS Families,
We pray this letter finds you safe and healthy during this unprecedented time. We never imagined a situation like this would challenge our community in so many ways, which makes this letter all the more difficult.
We have met with Principal Haller as well as the venue staff at The Crown Room to determine the best plan for our upcoming Bids for Kids event, "Take a Chance on StMCS".
The health and safety of our community is top priority and we are committed to following the guidelines set forth by Governor Walz. We, like so many of you, look forward to this event for a night out with family and friends. We eagerly await this time each year to come together as a faith-filled community in support of our vibrant school and all it's needs.
There is no easy answer on how to best move forward, but in HOPE and faithful anticipation,
please mark your calendars for May 16, 2020,
our new Bids for Kids date!
Stay tuned for more information regarding the
format
for this annual gala event! It is our desire to proceed with our original plan, hosting Bids for Kids at The Crown Room in Rogers. We are also exploring alternative formats that can provide options for guests in preparation for any social distancing guidelines and recommendations that may be in place come May.
We know you have many questions and we are working hard to secure answers. The Q & A page on the Bids for Kids website will be updated soon. Please go to
stmcs.cbo.io
throughout the coming days for updates. In the interim, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.
We continue to work closely with the entire Bids for Kids team to ensure the success of this important event. Meanwhile, please pray for all those affected by COVID-19, as well as our amazing teachers and staff who are working tirelessly to create a new learning environment that meets the needs of our students and school families during this uncertain time.
Blessings,
Spencer & Angela Beaulieu
