Salary movement paperwork:
September 1 is the deadline for several items of note. Certificates of ESL endorsements for October bonuses are due as well as verification of hours, degrees, endorsements or transcripts that may lead to additional pay or changes in the salary schedule. Need a Sub?  Need to log into My Learning Plan?
Our web provider for AESOP and My Learning Plan have merged the login screen for these two programs under one name, Frontline.  Teachers, please look for an email from to set up your new login screen. 

The company has ended access to AESOP and MyLearningPlan through the old websites so you should look for the no-reply email to set up your new credentials. For more information, please call Human Resources at 341-2330.

Enrollment continues for the 2018-19 school year. Parents can enroll at the Student and Family Resources Office room 217 inside Mary Herbert, 1700 West 7th, from 7:30 - 4:30, Monday - Friday, Call 341-2396 with questions.

  • approved the July treasures report
  • approved the disposal of surplus district technology equipment via internet action
  • approved the Memorandum of Understanding between USD 253 and CrossWinds Counseling and Wellness Center for case management and therapeutic services
  • approved the USD 253 2018-19 budget
  • approved the Facilities Committee's recommendation of McCownGordan as the Construction Manager At-Risk
  • approved for the repair of the HVAC chiller at Village Elementary for up to $25,000
  • approved the Memorandum of Understanding for the concurrent enrollment partnership between Flint Hills Technical College and USD 253

Email Signature Line:
As a way to provide email consistency with our staff, the Technology department would like to encourage everyone to include their picture, name, position title and building name in the signature line of your email.  

Google Calendar:
Are you receiving unsolicited reservations on your Google Calendar?  If you are and you would like to disable this option follow the steps below.
  1. Open the Google Calendar app Google Calendar.
  2. In the top left, tap Menu Menu and then Settings Settings.
  3. Tap Events from Gmail.
  4. Switch off Add events from Gmail.
