As we transition into the warmer season, please be advised that the Maintenance, Irrigation, Pest Control and Lakes staff will begin work at 6:00 AM. This schedule is consistent with the City of La Quinta’s permitted construction hours and is implemented to help protect our staff from the heat.

Staff has been instructed to avoid the use of power equipment and to refrain from working in courtyards or on patios until 7:00 AM to help minimize early morning disturbance.

If you experience any noise concerns that appear outside of these guidelines, please do not hesitate to contact the Association at 760-771-1234, so we can review and address the matter as appropriate.

Please note that office hours will remain unchanged, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
