Staff Changes
Beginning on July 1, Tracy Davis joined the CBFNC staff as part-time Administrative Assistant. Tracy brings her enthusiasm for the ministry of CBFNC and her gift of hospitality to serve the CBFNC family. Her primary duties are receptionist responsibilities along with general support for coordinators and ministry councils.

Also on July 1,  Mary Kaylor , who has served CBFNC as Administration Manager for the past year, transitioned to the position of Programs Manager. Her primary responsibilities are to assist in planning and carrying out all logistics for the Annual Gathering and the Helping Pastors Thrive program. Kaylor will also help develop and carry out new programs and ministries to support CBFNC partner churches.
CBFNC is here for students!
CBFNC has 10 campus ministry groups on state campuses in NC and we partner with several other private college campuses who have groups as well. We would love to connect with students that you know are coming to these campuses so that we can reach out to them before they even get there.

Trust is an integral part of students connecting with people on campus. Helping them connect with people that you know and trust is very important as they navigate these new waters.

Angela Project 40 days of prayer
On July 12-August 20, you and your congregations are invited to join the Angela Project in 40 days of prayer for the liberation of American descendants of slavery. A guidebook is available which includes facts, narration, and prayer declarations for each day. The 40 days are an opportunity to have a guided time of reflection on where we have been and to project a new course for race relations in America. More information is here .
