Stahl Sheaffer Engineering is pleased to welcome Cole Boyer to our staff. Cole is a civil engineer with 15 years of experience in land development and stormwater management solutions. His site engineering expertise includes:
- Stormwater management
- NPDES permitting
- Flood plain modeling
- Highway Occupancy Permits (HOP)
- Site layout
- Grading plans
- Utility extensions
Cole is licensed in Pennsylvania and Ohio. He
will serve as a Project Coordinator in Stahl Sheaffer's Land Development group.
