Dear friends,


As many of you know, two consecutive earthquakes of magnitude 7.2 and 7.5 struck Northern Venezuela on June 24, 2026, leaving thousands displaced and communities struggling to recover. Aftershocks are being felt as recently as this morning, leaving people in even greater need. Our hearts go out to all who have been affected, especially to our Acacia colleagues and neighbors of Venezuelan heritage, and those who have friends or family in the region. Please know that we stand with you in solidarity during this difficult time.


At Acacia Network, we are no strangers to the pain and resilience that follow such disasters. We remember vividly the impact of Hurricane Maria in Puerto Rico in 2017, the Hurricane Melissa impact in Jamaica in 2025, and how our Acacia family and the community at large came together, across borders and generations, to lend support, compassion, and hope.
