MORNING DROP OFF INFORMATION:



Just a reminder that you may NOT drop your student off before 8:15AM. There is no student supervision before that time.


We encourage all families to use our Drop off zone located
at the back of Star Center.

Drop off begins at 8:15AM.

PICK-UP INFORMATION:

If you are picking up your child at the end of the day, please be sure to call the office at 262-348-7000 before 2:30pm to let us know.


PTO SCARE FAIR
We had a boo-tiful time at the PTO Scare Fair this year!
The response was monsterous!

Great fun was had by all! The costume contest winners were The Sheldon Family as
"Hungry Hungry Hippos!!".

Mrs. Tennessen, Mr. Braden and Mrs. Knepper were the lucky ones chosen to be wrapped like a mummy!!

Thank you to all the families that supported the PTO during this event from the parent helpers, Peer Helpers, families who attended and most of all Eileen Gertman and Lisa Herner chairing and planning this great event.

Becoming a Tribe
 ​I'm Ms. Spacek, a first grade teacher at Star Center and recently ​collaborated with Dave Owens at Badger for his Graphics Design clas​s. I ​had these amazing shirts made for my class​ with the help of Dave's awesome students​. Last Friday we became a tribe and we are so fortunate to be able to work together as a district to make small (big) things happen for these kiddos!!! The students and I will be formally writing your students letter of "thanks" :)

So happy they turned out and we couldn't be more excited!!

YBASE - Before & After School Child Care For Lake Geneva Joint #1 Schools, provided by the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA
YBASE Before & School
Childcare Coming Next School Year!
We are excited to announce that Lake Geneva Schools has partnered with the Geneva Lakes Family YMCA to provide YBASE, a before and after school child care enrichment program for the 2017-2018 school year at Central Denison and Star Center Elementary Schools. YBASE is for children in grades 5K-5th grade who are enrolled at Central Denison, Eastview or Star Center. Registration opens May 1 at the YMCA (schools cannot process registration requests). Limited spots are available, so early registration is encouraged.
