Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon: 
This show is a music and light show presented in a stunning, immersive high definition animation of color and mind-blowing surround-sound!  Showtimes: 8 p.m., Fridays and Saturdays .

Fleischmann Planetarium is part of the University of Nevada, Reno and Extended Studies. Open to the public, we offer daily digital planetarium shows in our dome theater.

The planetarium's uniquely shaped building, officially termed a "hyperbolic paraboloid," was designed by famed Reno architect Ray Hellmann, and is listed on the National Register of Historic Buildings.

It houses:
* An Exhibit Hall with changing hands-on displays
* A 10-meter Dome Theater with a state-of-the-art digital planetarium system and powerful surround-sound
* A Science Store stocked with high-quality toys, educational resources, apparel, optics, and more
* A Classroom space for education programming, birthday parties, and events
