Vote YES Issue 11
Issue 11, on the ballot May 7, is a renewal of the same levy that has funded mental health and addiction related programs and services since 1988. Issue 11 is NOT a new tax. Each year, about $7 million dollars that is raised from this local levy goes toward supporting 15 Stark County organizations providing direct services to people facing mental illnesses and substance abuse disorders. A vote for Issue 11 is a vote for hope and the continuation of these important services.
