Join us September 12, in the heart of September, National Recovery Month, to hear Elizabeth Vargas discuss her memoir, Between Breaths: A Memoir of Panic and Addiction. The book details her struggles with anxiety and alcohol, and tells a powerful story of healing and coping. This event is free of charge and registration is required.
Sept. 8: A Walk for Suicide Awareness
This free event invites anyone to join us in remembering, honoring, and supporting those who have been impacted by suicide. Attendees receive a special candle to use on Sept. 10, World Suicide Prevention Day.
