Moving Forward For Mental Health Walk
It’s that time of year for the 10th Annual Moving Forward For Mental Health Walk hosted by NAMI Stark County! This year, as with most things, is going to look a little different: You and your team can walk anytime, anywhere between now and October 4. Please consider registering and donating to show your support for those in our community that are impacted by mental illness and their families. Anyone who completes a registered walk (registration is free but they do ask that you register to show participation) can then drive-thru to receive a free swag bag at Hoover Park on October 4 from 11am-3pm!
Crisis Resources For Law Enforcement Officers
All year, but especially now during Suicide Prevention Month, we work to ensure that suicide is not an option for people who are struggling. Suicide is a current concern in Ohio’s law enforcement community. If you or someone you know works in the line of duty, please see that these numbers are saved:

Copline 1-800-267-5463
Copline is answered 24/7 by retired, vetted, and trained officers throughout the United States. The following is stated on Copline’s website: We are the only law enforcement hotline that is confidential and will not notify any other party, unless the caller provides explicit consent.
