During the season, the sport you play probably takes over your life. You practice. You play games. You train. Pretty much your life revolves around the game, your team, your coach and maybe even your competitors.
During this time you are incredibly disciplined. But what about when the season ends? Do you just drop everything and completely forget about the sport?
Training never truly stops. At least, it shouldn’t. It should just look different than the training you did during the season. You need to continue to physically train and mentally train. Stay tough, stay focused, work on what you’re good at, and what you aren’t the best at. Don’t fall short.
