We are excited to announce that registration for the MAS 96th Annual Convention, scheduled for June 9-12, 2025, at the Mississippi Coast Convention Center in Harrison County, Biloxi MS, will open Monday, April 14. Please read carefully as there have been changes to MAS hotel room block policies.

This year, we're implementing a new process for booking hotels under the MAS room blocks. To access MAS room blocks you must FIRST REGISTER for the convention.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to the room blocks.

Please note, if you choose to submit a registration form via email or mail in your registration vs the member portal, be sure to include the email address you would like to receive the room block information. You will receive a reply from MAS staff with the room block information.

Room block links will not be shared publicly or in advance. So don't stall—register Monday to get access!

• Bulk Space Setup Begins: Sunday, June 8 at 9:00 AM

→ Move-in times will be scheduled and coordinated with CDS

• Booth Setup: Begins Monday, June 9 at 10:00 AM (tentative)

→ All booths must be fully set up by 4:00 PM Monday (tentative)

• Exhibit Hall Hours:

→ Tuesday, June 10: 8:30 AM – 3:00 PM

→ Wednesday, June 11: 7:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Breakdown: Begins Wednesday at 1:00 PM; all vendors must be moved out of the expo hall and convention center grounds by 5:00 PM, Wednesday, June 11.
