We visited Dancing Ewe Farm and met the incredibly gracious owners after hearing so many wonderful things about this farm-to-table dining experience. Quite simply… this is the most interesting place for Saturday Night Dinner and Sunday Brunch we’ve come across in quite some time – Extraordinary!
Luisa & Jody do it all… preserving the art of Tuscan style cheese making, they produce all kinds of specially-prepared cured meats and handcrafted olive oil. Raw milk from their sheep for the cheeses, we saw loaves of fresh baked bread, fresh pasta, more cured meats and sausages that we’ve never seen before and they even import Italian wine… Well Done!
