Dear Friend,
Many of us are inspired to set meaningful resolutions as we start the new year. World Cares Center invites you to include a commitment to take the steps to become a Ready Responder. Together, we can create safer and more resilient communities.
Recent tragedies, including the Los Angeles Wildfires, remind us of the critical importance of readiness, not just by having a go bag, but how you can help your neighbors. Since its inception in the aftermath of 9/11, World Cares Center has been dedicated to empowering individuals and communities to act safely and build resilient communities in disaster response and recovery as Ready Responders. World Cares Center remains committed to delivering free training, supportive programs, and protective equipment, providing Ready Responders with the tools and knowledge to make a difference in their communities, save lives, and help communities recover.
Let’s make 2025 a year of readiness, compassion, and action. Together, we can create a network of empowered individuals who are prepared to respond and rebuild when disaster strikes.
Warm regards,

You can help those impacted by the LA Wildfires.
Unfortunately, 2025 has begun with the Los Angeles Wildfires, which have left thousands of families devastated, homes destroyed, livelihoods disrupted, and entire communities displaced. This massive wildfire has also exhausted our responders, both professional and volunteer, exposing them to physical and emotional harm. As these fires continue to burn, the need for immediate relief and long-term recovery is growing.
World Cares Center is raising funds to train, protect, and support all the Ready Responders who are fighting the wildfires, rescuing individuals and animals, and supporting survivors.
