CSA signup time is here. Choose a plan and pay the farmer now, bankrolling seed purchase and other spring prep. Reward yourself in warm weather with bags and baskets of fresh produce. And let the farmer know what you really enjoyed, what you would like to see.

Tarbox and Goranson have flexible, affordable CSA share programs. Oyster Creek Mushroom is expanding to two plans, starting in May and June respectively. Pine Tree Poultry and Springdale Farm both have year round plans, which you can join any time. all these offer extra value for your money and guarantee the freshest and the bestest.

Kyle at Tarbox has some nice shallots, a pleasant addition to wintry braises-try in a coq a vin, with sweet little chicken parts from Mainely Poultry . And his golden lightly hopped Saison beer is a great match for simple suppers and lunches.
