West/Ballas Side Closure: Beginning February 2

To prepare for future parking and new driveways, site pre-paving work will begin next Monday. This work is an important step bringing us closer to the completion of our construction project and ensuring that the west entrance driveway and west drop‑off lane are ready for Easter.

What to Expect

  • SCOPE: In an estimated 4–6 week project, weather permitting, the church’s west-side paved surfaces will be graded and prepared with a compacted rock base. Final asphalt paving is scheduled for the last phase of campus construction.
  • CLOSED: The west-entrance driveway, west covered drop-off lane, and six adjacent parking spaces will not be accessible for the duration of the grading work.

Drop-Off and Sidewalk Access

  • DOORS: The west entrance doors and lobby will continue to be accessible via the sidewalk from the crosswalk to the Edward Jones parking garage.
  • SIDEWALK: When walking to church from the school parking lot, please use the new sidewalk along the east side of our buildings, adjacent to Des Peres Park, instead of the Ballas Road sidewalk.
  • DROP-OFF: Please use our east-side covered entrance, adjacent to Des Peres Park, for all drop-offs.

Thank You

We appreciate your patience and flexibility as this work takes place. These improvements should be complete by Easter!
