Gaspard and David to the Team!

Owner and Executive Chef Lysielle Cariot is thrilled to welcome French culinary chefs Gaspard Toulouppe and David Bloom to the Bleu Provence team!
Gaspard completed his first tenure at Bleu Provence from 2012-2017, working special events such as the Naples Winter Wine Festival (NWWF) private dinners and The Naples Grand Prix, a James Beard Foundation fundraiser. After returning to France, Gaspard continued his culinary experience as Chef de Partie at Le Jardin de Bern, a Michelin one-star restaurant located in the Château de Berne in Provence.
David has extensive culinary experience working in various high-end restaurants throughout Marseille, France and Melbourne, Australia. Most recently, David worked as Chef Privé catering to clientele from all around the world on the beautiful island of Saint Barthélémy.
Lysielle, Gaspard and David are very excited to collaborate their talent and experiences to create the most beautiful and delicious dishes for Bleu’s guests! Come in and try our new daily specials from 5pm-close.
