Good Morning,
Why is it, when opportunities come knocking, we so often say they are too good to be true, they aren't for us or we study them to death to the point the opportunity has passed?
Yet with only limited facts and literally no investigation other than hearsay, we jump to conclusions about people, their businesses, or their motives?
I am not saying don't do our due diligence or don't evaluate opportunities. I am saying, if we wish to succeed, we need, not to ignore them but rather seek them out, evaluate them, and act on them before it is too late. Remember, where there is no risk there is no reward.
