I'd rather regret the things I've done

than regret the things
I haven't done.

Good Morning,

I remember my grandmother when she was well up in years, saying over and over:  "If only I had - - ".  Then, she would list the things she wished she had done with her life.

This has stuck with me throughout my life and, probably, challenged me to be willing to try new things and go out on the edge just a little.  I don't mean going over the edge living life dangerously although that may be great for some.  I'm talking about being willing to try something new, something you have always wanted to do but have always put off for whatever reason.

Each day is a new beginning filled with opportunities and challenges.  We choose what we do with that day. We can do the same old same old because, like an old shoe, it is comfortable, or do something new, something we have always wanted to do.  If it succeeds, great.  If it fails, oh well, we learned.  Now we can try something new.  No regrets.
