Good Morning,

 

Every endeavor takes leadership.  We talk about it all of the time.  It also takes followership, a team of people who will get behind that leader following the leader's direction and vision assisting in making it a reality.

Why is it some days it seems like everyone around us is an impediment to progress and pulling in the wrong direction.  It is not because they have a different vision or desire a different direction and are pushing for it.  It seems like they just "don't like it".

   

Let's all commit to being either leaders or followers and be the best at whichever role we are in.  Both roles take personal leadership.
