The entire quote goes like this:
"Say what you mean and mean what you say. Don't be afraid to stand firm on the decisions that you make. Trust yourself. Believe in your instincts. Do what works best for YOU. Stay true to yourself and be good to yourself. Allow every decision that you make to empower, enrich, and add value to your life!"
Too many folks, today, say what they think others want to hear, right or wrong, good or bad. It seems like it is better to please others and keep them happy believing that by pleasing others and making lots of promises, they will get what they want. These same folks make promises they know, in their hearts, they can never keep. Down the road, they make excuses or blame others for their inability to achieve the results they promised.
Far better to be true to yourself. Far better to under promise and over deliver than to make promises knowing they can never be kept. Far better to say what you mean and mean what you say.
