Good Morning,
When things and, sometimes, life itself gets us down, we want things to change. Obviously we want change for the better. Too often this is where we leave it. We want things to change and we hope it happens.
If this is where we leave it, it is only by blind luck that any specific change we desire happens. We need to determine what specific change we desire. We need to develop a plan to make it happen and yes, we need to take action to implement the change.
"I hope others will make the change" will, at best, provide the specific change others want. The change we want requires our involvement and commitment to make it happen.
Wanting change to happen is a good thing. Hoping it to happen will work only if followed by action on our part to make it happen.
This week, if you want change, decide what specific change you want. Follow it by action and make it happen. You can do it.
