Calling All K-9 Units!
We want to assist deserving law enforcement agencies and their K-9 Units who have embodied the principles of honor, respect, and pride while demonstrating compassion for their community. Police K-9 Units are not fully funded by their local or state municipalities and rely heavily on private, outside donations. As a result, The Hometown Foundation is awarding three top awards of $3,000 each and one people’s choice award of $1,000 to deserving Police K-9 Units who have exemplified true commitment to their town by protecting and serving.

All law enforcement agencies with current, working K-9 Units are encouraged to apply now until January 31st!

February is Police K-9 Awareness Month
We are getting ready for Police K-9 Awareness month in February! All month long, we focus our efforts on raising awareness around Police K-9s and the life-saving work they do in their communities. Police K-9s are not funded by their municipalities and rely heavily on private donations. Starting in February you can shop local at select retail locations to support our

Our HungerLESS Holidays Total!
Thank you to all of the retailers, independent stores, and community members who shopped local and donated towards our HungerLESS Holidays Campaign! Your participation during the months of November and December made an unforgettable impact. Together, we were able to raise $60,240.82 through retail-based fundraising to help provide meals to individuals and families facing food insecurity.
