You Can Help LCH Beat Diabetes!
LCH patients with diabetes who test their blood sugar at home are now able to directly communicate with their clinical provider via text messaging, thanks to a pilot program in partnership with Johnson & Johnson. This technology empowers patients to take ownership of managing their diabetes day to day. We are seeking to raise $2,500, which will support the purchase of gift cards to local businesses to incentivize and reward patients who participate in this program. Diabetes is the most common serious health issue our patients face, and LCH is proud to offer this innovative program to improve our community’s health.

Pathstone Wellness Fair
LCH and the  Domestic Violence Center of Chester County  (DVCCC) partnered on a fantastic evening of community outreach at Pathstone LCH is proud to be a longtime partner of DVCCC, housing their services on-site in our West Grove and Kennett Square locations and launching new partnerships intended to improve navigation services for domestic violence survivors.

Pregnancy Centering Partner Meeting
Local agencies met at LCH for a Centering Pregnancy training this month. This innovative national program, which is proven to result in happier moms and healthier babies, is making a huge impact on LCH moms to be . We are currently accepting new patients for this program. Meet Alyssa Sterling, Counselor and Advocate for the Domestic Violence Center of Chester County. Alyssa works out of our West Grove location during the week. By being on site, she can directly connect with LCH members in need of DVCCC services. DVCCC Legal Advocate Clara Vazquez continues to provide services out of our Kennett Square location.
