2024 Budget Results:

Partnership Priorities Achieved

With the Governor’s signature yesterday on the main state budget bill, the Partnership is pleased to summarize the outcomes of this year’s difficult budget process.

KEY WINS

  • $500 million in state Low Income Housing Tax Credits for 2025
  • $315M restored to the Multifamily Housing Program (MHP)
  • $1 billion for the Homeless Housing, Assistance and Prevention (HHAP)
  • $525M retained for the Equitable Building Decarbonization Program
