Eighth Grade KMMS Student Featured In Wisconsin Historical Society Newsletter
Huge shoutout to eighth grader Emma M., who dons the back page of the recent Wisconsin Historical Society's newsletter!

"Emma won the regional and state competition as a seventh grader and then went on to win a national award for National History Day," said her teacher Terry Kaldhusdal. "She embodies the thinking and work ethic of a historian. The goal of the National History Day program is not to create historians. Its goal is to create deep-thinking citizens. Emma does that in so many ways. For the third year in a row, her work has qualified for the state competition."

Congrats to Emma!
