Important EFF and Cor Reminders

  • We’ve just passed the halfway point of Lent. Please consider working with your State EFF Director to schedule and lead a Lenten or Easter Cor session with your state team to build Christ-centered fraternity as you work to finish this fraternal year strong.
  • Fraternal Q3 ends on 3/31. Please encourage your DDs to spearhead the collection of the Cor Quarterly Report Form from their councils.

New Members Waiting to Join

In the Pending Applications Listing folder of your Sharepoint / TEAMS channel is a file with online applicants for membership to your jurisdiction. These men submitted the Join Us | Knights of Columbus form, but did not hit the "Confirm Membership" link in the emails that were sent to them to finalize the join process. These men are just one step away from joining the Knights of Columbus!

We still need to hear from the applicant to confirm his membership – this is where your jurisdiction’s membership teams should step in. The Pending Applications Listing includes email addresses and phone numbers so you can contact these men and help them complete the join process. It also lists whether the pending applicant joined with an Agent Promo Code and/or whether he listed a preferred council number. Agents and councils should also be assisting in this follow up. This report will be updated weekly so you can follow up in a timely manner.

All that is required is for the applicant to send an email to emembership@kofc.org stating "I want to confirm my membership." Forwarded emails from applicants to emembership@kofc.org are also acceptable.

State Access to Teams/SharePoint

Please be advised that Teams access has been provided to all approved roles in your jurisdiction – see complete list of roles here. Please note that important and valuable data & reports are updated and provided for Council Programs, Cor, Awards Progress, Circle of Honor, Online Membership, Council Health and much more.
