State Fund's New Payment Processing Vendor Information for Your Policyholders

Dear Broker:

On October 16, State Fund will begin working with a new vendor, One Inc, to process customer payments. We’re reaching out to let you know about a few changes for policyholders who use State Fund’s automatic payment service and/or a credit or debit card for payments.

To make the transition to One Inc, policyholders will be removed from automatic payments on Saturday, October 14. To resume automatic payments, policyholders must re-enroll once the switch to One Inc takes effect on Monday, October 16.

Once the change to One Inc is complete, policyholders can continue to pay by eCheck for no charge. For those who pay by credit or debit card, One Inc will charge and collect a processing fee of 2.99% of their total payment. (Please note: this fee applies only to payments made with credit and/or debit cards such as American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover Card).

State Fund has already begun communicating these changes to impacted policyholders. State Fund is also discouraging new enrollments to their automatic payment service until the system change takes effect on October 16.

We ask that you help deliver this message to your client and to any client who may be considering automatic payment enrollment at this time.
