INVITATION TO EXHIBIT

VASSP, VDOE and VFEL are currently planning the commonwealth's largest gathering of middle and high school administrators. We invite you to join as an exhibitor!
The 97th Annual Virginia Middle and High School Principals Conference & Exposition will be held June 23-26, 2025, at the Marriott Renaissance Portsmouth-Norfolk Waterfront Hotel in Portsmouth, Virginia. The Exhibit Show is June 25, 2025.
The annual Virginia Principals Conference is designed to develop and enhance principals' leadership skills, increase their understand-ing of current issues, and help administrators become more aware of the products and services that can be made available to them. The Conference Planning Committee expects that you, as an exhibitor, will have access to building administrators from the 131 school divisions in the Commonwealth of Virginia representing middle and high schools and central office administrators. Meet face-to-face with the decision makers in Virginia's public schools! This one-day opportunity for exhibitors enables us to better serve you and provide the best experience for conferees to visit and talk with each of you. The show is limited to 44 booths, and space assignments are on a first come, first served basis with signed agreement and payment.
Exhibition space set up: exhibitors will be able to set up booths as early as Tuesday, June 24 beginning at 4 p.m. Please have booths fully set up by 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25.
Exhibition spaces are pipe an drape: include a 6-foot table and two chairs. Electricity is available upon request.
Exhibitor schedule: Exhibitor tables are in the same area as conference activities. Attendees may visit tables throughout the program hours. We have designated times during the program to encourage exhibitor visitation as well.
Shipping: Please contact VASSP. Please do not ship materials directly to the hotel
