HAVING TROUBLE REGISTERING?
· TSO recommends registering from a laptop or desktop computer rather than a mobile phone or tablet. The browsers on mobile devices do not always properly display the screens and selections during online registration.
· You may have duplicate accounts, and the system doesn't know which account to use. If you have issues registering, please do NOT create another account. This creates many problems for you when you register with us or with Nationals in the future. Contact info@tnseniorolympics.com for assistance.

ARE YOU ELIGIBLE FOR THE STATE FINALS?
2026 STATE FINALS ELIGIBILITY NOTE
Per the TSO Board, participation in a 2025 or 2026 Winter District Games was required to qualify in many sports for the 2026 State Finals. This was communicated in many e-mails last year and by your district coordinators.
The 2026 State Finals events are qualifiers for the 2027 Nationals set for Tulsa, OK.
- Please study the graphic at the top of the e-mail detailing which sports required participation at a district.
- OPEN SPORTS exceptions: see graphic above.
- Brand-new athletes just learning about the TSO are granted a one-year exemption from district play and may register for state finals events. Spread the word!
- Athletes must be 50 years old by December 31, 2026, to compete in the 2026 state finals.
For some of you who experienced a hardship preventing district participation (especially medical issues), please click the link below to access a hardship form and procedures:

STATE FINALS REGISTRATION INFORMATION
HOW DO I REGISTER?
We offer two ways to register: online or by phone. Please see the details below.
1) Online registration:
Online registration is available at www.tnseniorolympics.com.
Click the RED BUTTON in the upper corner.
2) By phone:
Registration by paper entry form dropped last year to 5% of athletes. However, the cost of designing, printing, and mailing out entry forms plus staff costs of data entry time and depositing checks make this avenue cost prohibitive.
Your participation is important to us! We realize that some of you do not have computers or family or friends to help you register.
For those unable to utilize online registration, our staff will help register each of you by phone.
To be placed on a register-by-phone list, please click here Registration Help
We have a small staff so thank you in advance for your patience. One of us will be reaching out to get you registered. Please have a credit card handy to complete the process.
Calls will be completed mid to late April.
Deadline to request assistance: 5/1/26.
