  • ORGANIZATIONS INTERESTED IN DONATIONS OF FEDERAL SURPLUS PROPERTY - Public agencies and many nonprofits are eligible for our Federal Surplus Property Program. Items are offered for donation for a small service charge. For more information, visit our website or email us at [email protected]. Who is eligible?
  • Public agencies (i.e. state agencies, municipalities, counties, special purpose districts and public schools);
  • Nonprofit education organizations (i.e., private schools, museums/zoos, libraries);
  • Nonprofit health organizations (i.e., clinics, hospitals, child care, foster/adoption services);
  • Nonprofit programs for the impoverished, homeless, or elderly;
  • Service Educational Activities (i.e., Boy & Girl Scouts, JROTC);
  • Veterans Service Organizations (recognized by the Dept. of Veterans Affairs);
  • SBA 8(a) certified companies; and
  • Veteran-owned small businesses certified by SBA.
