SAP Ariba is now live for the State of Arkansas! Thank you for your ongoing preparation and partnership as we launch this new strategic procurement system.

You can now register to do business with the State of Arkansas. All new and existing suppliers will need to register in the SAP system. 

• In waves, suppliers with an existing relationship with the State will receive an email with the subject line, “Invitation: Register to become a supplier with State of Arkansas.”

• At any time, suppliers who have not yet received an invitation can also request to register by completing the Supplier Self-Registration Request Form.

As you begin using SAP Business Network, please continue to reference the recordings from the recent Supplier Awareness Sessions and the other support materials (i.e., step-by-step reference guides) available on the Office of State Procurement - Vendor Registration and Resources webpage. These resources are available to help you understand key processes, navigate the system, answer questions, and support your transition.
