Join MUUSAN for the State of the Tribes Address and
Wabanaki Alliance Lobby Day on Thursday, March 16th

On March 16 at 10:45 am, all five Chiefs of the Wabanaki Nations will deliver a State of the Tribes Address to a Joint Session of the Maine Legislature. This is the first time in over 20 years that such an address has been given.

The address will be live broadcast by Maine Public TV and radio promptly at 10:45 am. You can also watch the livestream (live or at a later time) at Maine House of Representatives - YouTube.

Before the address, MUUSAN will join with other Wabanaki ally groups for a Lobby Day at the State House. We will be talking to legislators about the new Sovereignty Bill that would recognize the inherent sovereignty of the Wabanaki Nations.
