Statement of Shared Values
Seeking 5000 signers!

Help demonstrate this community's commitment to addressing the issue of homelessness, and to working together to END chronic homelessness, by signing this statement:

We, the undersigned, believe that homelessness in the Greater Concord area is a solvable problem and that ending homelessness should be a priority. We see the need for all of us to come together around the shared vision of a community where:
  • those of us experiencing long-term homelessness have stable housing,
  • systems are in place to prevent homelessness, and
  • any experience of homelessness is rare, brief, and one time.

Sign this statement and join with the Concord Coalition to End Homelessness to
END CHRONIC HOMELESSNESS IN THE CONCORD AREA!!

Join the 70 people who signed this statement on paper at the Annual Celebration!

Annual Celebration!

Thanks for attending our Annual Celebration! We had a record turnout this year, partly due to our fantastic speaker on Ending Homelessness, and partly to the beautiful location at The Hotel Concord and great food provided by O Steaks & Seafood.

MANY THANKS TO THESE BUSINESSES FOR SUPPORTING OUR WORK IN THIS MANNER!!

Soon we will be able to post the video of our special guest speaker, Rosanne Haggerty, Executive Director of  Community Solutions.

Community Solutions is the founder of  "Built for Zero"  a national effort to help a core group of US communities end chronic and veteran homelessness.
Across the country , 71 communities have ended veteran homelessness
and four communities have ended chronic homelessness through
this initiative and others.

Catch up on our progress in the past year
and where we're headed in the future.
