Case Management Demo - Upcoming Dates
The OSC Grants Unit has scheduled two sessions for grant managers to see a demonstration of the Case Management module. Each session will highlight the grant application processes built in the Case Management tool. We will also be discussing how the Case Management tool can be used for the full grant life cycle.

Please plan to join us for one of the sessions! If you can not attend in person, web conferencing will be available via Zoom for each session. Zoom details and links will be provided as we get closer to each session.

The first session will be on Thursday, January 9, 2020 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm. The location is DPA Headquarters (1525 Sherman Street, Denver, CO 80203). We will be in conference room 104.

The second session will be Tuesday, January 21, 2020 from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. The location is CDPS Headquarters campus (710 Kipling Street, Lakewood, CO). We will be in the 2nd Floor conference room.

Grant Management Survey
We are seeking input from the grant community on topics of interest related to best practices in grant management. Please take a couple of minutes to complete a brief survey and provide feedback. Your input will help us to develop the training and presentation schedule for 2020 and beyond.

Grant Accounting 101
Call for Volunteers!

We are looking for additional volunteers to develop the Grant Accounting 101 training module. If you have expertise in accounting, grant accounting, or grant budgeting please consider joining a work group to develop a training module.

The work group will begin meeting in January. If interested please email Stacey Alles - stacey.alles @ state.co.us or Gina Salazar - gina.salazar@state.co.us.
Grant Manager 101 Training
Training dates for the first quarter of 2020 have been set for Grant Manager 101.

Two half-day sessions:  Tuesday, January 14th and Wednesday, January 15, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at CDPS Headquarters (710 Kipling Street, Lakewood).

Full day session: Wednesday, February 26, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. at DPA Headquarters (1525 Sherman Street, Denver, CO 80203) in conference room 103.

Two half-day sessions:  Monday, March 30 and Tuesday, March 31, 2020 from 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. at CDPS Headquarters (710 Kipling Street, Lakewood).

Training is  FREE  and intended for new grant managers or those looking for a refresher course on basic grant management roles, responsibilities, and best practices.
