Station 52 Coming to Old Fritzl's Site

Station 51 Truck Company Bar & Grill from Antioch has announced the opening of their new Lake Zurich location, dubbed Station 52.

The new restaurant will be located at 377 North Rand Road (the old Fritzl's restaurant) after significant renovations are completed.

Station 52 is a unique and fun full-service family-owned restaurant with a first-responder theme.

Station 52 owners have been in talks and guided through the process of opening a new location in Lake Zurich thanks to the hard work of our economic development team here at Lake Zurich.

The opening of Station 52 is expected sometime in 2024. We are excited to have this new addition to our Lake Zurich family!

Lake Zurich Police offers a free car child safety check on Saturday, September 17th from 10 am to 2 pm in the parking lot of Kohl’s Department Store.

Whether you’ve just installed a car seat or need help installing or using one, get help at our car seat inspection station. Certified technicians will inspect your car seat free of charge and show you how to correctly install and use it.

Suicide Awareness in Lake Zurich

The Lake Zurich American Legion is hosting a suicide awareness walk this Sunday, September 18, 2022. Public awareness of this terrifying problem is the key to preventing further suffering and loss of life.

With an average of 123 suicides every day in the United States and national suicide rates increasing significantly since 1999, Mayor Poynton encourages all residents to take the time to check into the well-being of their family, friends, and neighbors as he proclaims September as Suicide Prevention Awareness month in the Village of Lake Zurich.
