Leadership Training

Thank you to everyone who attended last week's Leadership Training with Catamount Consulting.

We had a great group of people join in for a morning of discussion about what the best leaders do to build amazing teams, and how they do it.

The idea of "working above the line" hit home with everyone. Working above the line means taking ownership of our challenges and working together to find solutions.

Don't be surprised if you hear this phrase around your job site. Here's a look at what working above the line or below the line means:

Vermont Tech

Thank you to Don Crowe, Dan Caputo, and Seth Widli for joining Sara Gilbert at the Vermont Tech Career Fair this week. We met dozens of students interested in our industry over the course of the day.

We also ran into a few friends while we were there - Casella Construction alum Adam Giancola is now a student at Vermont Tech, and our partners at OMYA were there talking with students as well.
